Fitness warm up exercises are possibly the most important part of a training program, yet they are the one thing that most people don't do.

Even if they do warm up, a lot of people are unfortunately doing it the wrong way - the way that conventional knowledge tells them to warm up.

Our trainers start off by providing you with some of our proprietary, unique functional and fun warm up exercises that will prepare your body for our Fit for Life Challenge training routine and insure a safe and injury free workout.

An effective warm up has a number of very important key elements. These elements, or parts, should all be working together to minimize the likelihood of sports injury from physical activity.
